In October, the company successfully passed the annual audits of the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system. The two-day audit was conducted by a team of four auditing experts, covering the full production process of aluminum pharmaceutical ointment tubes, the quality control laboratory, and warehousing and logistics. Against the system standards, the expert group examined document and record management, equipment calibration, environmental monitoring, material flow, batch testing and release, and other key processes.

The company's three systems have operated continuously and stably; since first certification, the 15th annual surveillance audit has been successfully completed. System process control is mature and effective, and all management requirements continue to be implemented.

Improvement suggestions raised during the audit have been rectified in closed loop by the responsible departments. The company will continue to consolidate its quality management system, focusing on process confirmation and validation, supplier management and data reliability, implementing system control requirements across the entire production process and continuously supplying pharmaceutical companies with stable-quality packaging products.
