Using aluminum as the single material, one-piece cold extrusion forming: the tube and the nozzle membrane are formed in one pass, requiring no separate shoulder-to-body joining, thus eliminating potential quality risks such as skewed joining, delamination of inner and secondary layers, and weld seam separation.

The tube wall thickness is greater than 0.09mm, thicker than any aluminum foil, providing significant barrier performance, airtightness and compressive strength.

The fully automatic production line ensures unmanned operation from feeding to packaging, with all processes formed in one pass and streamlined operations. Intelligent technologies such as in-line monitoring are effectively embedded, greatly reducing auxiliary steps and the influence of human factors on product quality.

After squeezing, the aluminum tube does not rebound, effectively preventing uncontrolled external microorganisms from being drawn into the tube to contact the medicine directly, avoiding discoloration, caking and deterioration of the cream at the nozzle, and greatly reducing the risk of secondary contamination.

The inner wall of the aluminum pharmaceutical ointment tube has a smooth, continuous and flat mirror-like coating, on which suspended particles carrying microorganisms hardly settle and colonize to multiply, reducing the risk of microbial contamination and playing an extremely important role in microbial control.

In the production process, aluminum pharmaceutical ointment tubes go through four high-temperature stages including annealing and coating curing, with a maximum temperature of 400°C. Long, repeated dry-heat baking in a controlled clean environment results in an extremely low risk of microbial contamination, effectively ensuring very high biochemical standards of the products.

Green and eco-friendly: used aluminum ointment tubes are very easy to recycle, while non-aluminum laminate tubes are hard to recycle due to inseparable composite layers, difficult to degrade naturally after disposal, and harmful to the environment.
